Empowering Mum’s July 2026

Join us on the last Tuesday of every month 10am-11am at 43A Maitland Street, Narrabri (next door to the exchange).

Connect with other mothers, exchange stories and gain new insights to help you support the growth and development of your bub. This is a tailored group for women with children under 12 months. We’ll have toys and activities for your little one to keep them occupied while you connect and learn. Each month we aim to focus on a different topic. You can book month to month or multiple sessions.

⭐In July we are excited to welcome Anna Haire from Healthwise. Anna is an experienced speech Pathologist who will be joining us for a relaxed chat about your baby’s development. Bring your questions and enjoy a casual conversation in a welcoming environment.

Little ones over the age of 12 months are welcome to accompany you although to get the most out of this session we recommend that you leave your older children in the care of someone you trust.
