Before engaging in face-to-face contact with our clients we will check your temperature followed by screening questions below:

Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?

Have you had any contact with any persons who have been confirmed or suspected with COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS?

Have you had any cold and flu like symptoms in the last 14 days such as; a high temperature, difficult breathing, sore throat or a dry cough

If you answered yes to any of these questions, staff are required to limit face-to-face contact with members of the public to ensure the health and well being of our workers and community.

It is important to:

  • Cover coughs and sneezes. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or cough and sneeze into your sleeve or elbow. Place tissue in the bin and wash hands immediately with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Wash hands regularly and avoid touching your face and mouth after touching surfaces. Eg. Toilet doors
  • Wash hands often and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. You can use an alcohol-based sanitiser if your hands aren’t visibly dirty. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
