Empowering Mums – November

Join us on the last Tuesday of every month at Club Narrabri (The RSL) to connect with other mothers, exchange stories and gain new insights to help you support the growth and development of your bub. This is a tailored group for women with children under 12 months.

We’ll have toys and activities for your little one to keep them occupied while you connect and learn.

Each month we aim to focus on a different topic. You can book month to month or multiple sessions.

🌟This November, we are excited to welcome Georgie Haire, a dedicated physiotherapist from Gwydir Physiotherapy, who brings a wealth of specialized training and a deep passion for women’s health and child development.💪🏽👩‍👦

Little ones under the age of 12 months are welcome to accompany you although to get the most out of this session we recommend that you leave your older children in the care of someone you trust.
