DESCRIPTION:Join us on the last Tuesday of every month to connect with other mothers\, exchange stories and gain new insights to help you support the growth and development of your bub. This is a tailored group for women with children under 12 months. \n🌟In March we are excited to welcome Susan who has a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHIthSc). Susan will discuss different techniques that can support mums in their own wellbeing and their children too.  \nThis month Empowering Mum’s will be held at Club Narrabri (RSL) Stanford Room (enter via sports bar)10am-11am \nLittle ones over the age of 12 months are welcome to accompany you although to get the most out of this session we recommend that you leave your older children in the care of someone you trust. \nWe’ll have toys and activities for your little one to keep them occupied while you connect and learn. Each month we aim to focus on a different topic. You can book month to month or multiple sessions. \n\nWhen booking in please select a ticket for yourself & a separate ticket for your child.
